BARMAG / TMT Tire (Tyre) Cord Fiber Spinning Plant,
consisting of:
(6) BARMAG extruders, 120mm diameter - (5) 24:1 - 2003/4 to 2007 and (1) 30:1 L/D - 2002 year
Modular lines with all downstream equipment.
Each unit has 2 TMT (Teijing) high speed automatic winders - each with 3 take ups of 290mm traverse x 90 core for bobbins of approx 11-12 kgs.
(3) spare winders.
Winding speed for tire cord was between 5000-6000 mpm.
They produced 1100, 1670 and 2200 dtex with average production ~360 kgs/hr per extruder or ~2160 kgs/hour total.
High tenacity yarn can be produced but winder speed needs to be reduced to 3000 mpm.
