Type: Complete Needling Line Width: 3300mm YOC: 1980-2005 EL: 380/3/50
for the production of needle-punch material for automotive products, carpet backing and geotextile. Capacity upto 200 kgs/hr with 3-6 denier fibers, 80-400 gsm run on the line. Consisting of:
- 03 Tecnotex bale-openers with weighpans, spiked take-off cylinder, completely modified by Tomes in 2003, inlet conveyor of 2500 mm, ww: 2300 mm, with collecting belt and transport fan.
- 01 blending bin/mixing box
- 01 Bonino fine-opener consisting of an upper chute-feed, ww: 1000 mm that is feeding the opener, ww: 1200 mm
- 01 volumetric chute-feed, yoc: 1992, ww: 2500 mm
- 01 FOR card, ww: 2500 mm, double cylinders and double doffers
- 01 Tomes crosslapper, yoc: 2003, ingoing 2500 mm and outgoing 3800 mm, mechanical inlet speed 80 m/min, outlet speed 25 m/min. Double carriage with compensation rollers.
- 01 x 4 cylinder drafting unit - mechanically fixed smooth rolls
- 01 x 2N pre-needler, single board, inlet with belt pressing system, 700 strokes/minute
- 02 Fehrer NL21 needle-looms, ww: 3300 mm, 1000 strokes/minute
- 01 final slitting and take-up unit
The electrical system was fully redone in 2003 including motors.

Type: Thermo- and spraybonding line Width: 3300mm YOC: 1999-2001 EL: 380/3/50
For the production of resin and thermobonded and/or pre-needled material for waddings, mattresses, thermal and acoustic insulation and interlinings. Capacity: 500 kgs/hr with 6-25 denier fibers. 50-600 gsm run on the line. Speed max 20 met/min. Consisting of:
-04 Tecnotex bale-openers with weigh-pans, inlet conveyor of 2500 mm (on 2 machines), ww: 2,300 mm, with collecting belt and transport fan
-02 blending boxes
-01 carding willow pre-opener
-01 fine-opener with chute-feed, ww: 1000 mm
- auxiliary equipment for material handling, mixing and transportation
-01 dust collection unit
-01 volumetric card feeding unit

Type: Thermobonding line Width: 3000mm YOC: 1996-1998 EL: 380/3/50
for the production of high-loft nonwoven products such as waddings, mattresses, furniture filling, thermal and acoustic insulation.
Throughput around 600 kgs/hr with 6-75 denier fibers at 500 - 4500 gsm. Consisting of;
03 Bonino baleopeners, ww: 1,5 m with 3 meter feed table of which one is for internal waste, collecting belt with suction to
01 mixing box 3 x 5 x 3 meter
01 Bonino carding willow, ww: 1000 mm
01 mixing fine opener, ww: 1000 mm
01 chute-feed with mechanical weighing comprising of big storage and mixing bin prior to feeding device
01 Bonino carding machine, ww: 3500 mm with avantrain (2 w/s), 1st cylinder (4 w/s), transfer roller, 2nd cylinder (3 w/s) and doffer with take of comb with double motors.
01 Tomes crosslapper, ingoing 3500 - outgoing 3500 mm
01 lamination device for textile support to the nonwoven fabric (can be by-passed)
