Needle Punching Looms

1 DILO OM 25 Needle Loom, 2.5m width, 900 SPM, 1720 needles per meter, 1985 YOC. Currently set up as a downstroke only 2.2 meter tacker but could be converted to finishing loom by adding extra needles. The max NPM for 2.5m is 3000.

1 DILO Type D1 Needle Loom, Model OD-II- 30, 1998 yr, 3000mm working width, 70mm stroke, double board, needle density 2x1500 needles / meter, (4) needle boards, 1000 rpm stroke, 50 hp 480v. Needle boards drilled for steel insets which will also accept nylon inserts. Delivery rollers with reduction gear na adapter; 1 knurled roller and 1 pressure roller rubber covered. Stitching plates made with conical holes and stripper will be opened at delivery side for dust removal. Dust system underneath stitching plates with dust suction nozzles at delivery side arranged across full width. Automatic central lubricating system for eccentrics and crankshft bearings with temperature control on eccentric. Made for medium weight products. Reported limited use on lightweight synthetics.

1 DILO SV/SD Di-Loop Structuring Loom, 4.5 meter, 1200 rpm, 6000 needles / linear meter. Spare boards. One board shows 43 rows of needles in board width with ~ 4 needles per inch x 181" long. Pull rolls are 177" wide. No motors, no drives or control panel.

1 DILO Needle Punch, Model NL 6, 600mm, single board downpunch, needles ~22 x 96 = 2112 / 600mm. Set up to run automative. Appears in excellent condition.

1 FEHRER NL9/S Needleloom, 3.99 meter, 3,000 needles/lin. M, 60mm down stroke amplitude, max. 1200 rpm, 1 - 10 m/min , equipped with inlet rollers 240mm diameter, 1977 yr. No control cabinet. OAD: 92"W x 101"H x 39' 6" long.

1 FEHRER Model NL28S, 4.4 meters, single board down stroke, 1200 strokes/min, 70mm stroke, 1000 needles per square meter. 1978 yr.
