PP staple spinning plant originally from 1990 but upgraded in several steps to current standards, spinning fibers designed for Geotextile with the following properties of the fibers; 4.5 to 8.0 deniers, fiber length 102 to 120 mm,
tenacity about 5.0, with an average capacity of 600 kg/hr consisting of:
01 x Automatik extruder type E1-180-30, screw dia 180 mm
01 x Automatik spinning station with silo for chips, extruder and 16 spinning heads - 600 mm spacing, including cleaning unit
01 x Fleissner 1st draw section type F732 (m/c nr 62) where 2 (out of 4) of the heat exchangers has been replaced 2011, width 800 mm, 7 godets - dia 220 mm (arrangement 4 over 3), speed m/min, force max 16 kN, nip roller - dia 210 mm, over godet 3.
01 Fleissner pre-heating duct - for heating of filaments from 30 deg. C to 50 deg. C., ww: 900 mm, height of tow passage 1010 mm, speed 120 m/min, operating temperature 150 deg. C.
01 x Fleissner 2nd draw section type F732 (mc/nr 68), width: 800 mm, 7 godets - dia 220 mm (arrangement 4 over 3), speed 200 m/min, force max 16 kN
01 x kiss-roll and spin-finish applicator, 800 mm, deflector roller - dia 190 mm, kiss roll - dia 100 mm
01 x Fleissner tow-stacking unit, max speed 260 m/min, horizontal swivel roll - dia 120 mm, ww: 600 mm, deflection roll - dia 190 mm, exit tension roll - dia 190 mm and 560 mm wide.
01 x Fleissner crimping section type 732 E from 2002 (replaced the original due to wear and tear), roll dia 203 mm, width 150 mm and max speed 220 m/min.
01 x Fleissner perforated tow drum dryer, drying temp 150 deg. C, heating with thermal oil, 5-section dryer, perforated drum dia 1414 mm, ww: 400 mm
01 x Fleissner cutter with tensioning unit, 200 turns/minute, with 2 cutting heads
01 x Autefa bale press type 282 complete with condensor, silo and baler max 230 bars for bales app. 350 kgs
Line is also fully complete with;
01 x Certuss steam boiler type E64 from 2008 covering steam needed for the complete unit
01 x Aura electrically heated thermal oil boiler complete with storage tank, pumps and motors to serve the complete line
02 x Nova Frigo air-conditioning unit for cool air to the complete unit type R65 from 1996/98
01 x Siemens S7 PLC upgraded 2008/09 controlling speed and pressure for the entire line
01 x set of unlisted spares that belongs to the line, for example; 01 spare new gearbox, new electrical motor and extruder head
01 heat recycling unit from A. Hering, Germany including ductwork for the installation
01 spin finish unit complete with tanks, mixing bath (heated) and distribution system each with individual motors. Originally from 2003, latest upgraded 2011.
Total installed effect is 820 kWh
Above specification is how the line is erected in the mill today. To convert the line and make it viable for above specified production we will upgrade and alter the following:
One additional draw frame
One additional heating oven
Adding one or two cutting wheels at end of line
Getting new Spinnerets 2 sets for the specified deniers
Up grading the existing Plc including DC drives for motors, PLC and associated I/O devices, New HMI and operator control, new pressure transducers, software development for operations
