1 KARL MAYER direct warping machine for filament yarns type DSN21/30 (for producing the polyamide ground warp)
year 1992, working width 20" (530 mm), max. beam diameter 30"(765 mm), WA2 21" levelling roller unit for electronic tension control of the warp, Duo-Warp stop infra red yarn break inspector, oiling device, GS-21-8 yarn back winding device, antistatic device, 1 KARL MAYER creel 600 spindles, vertical pitch 200 mm, horizontal pitch 350 mm, KFD-B tensioner.

1 KARL MAYER direct warping machine for spun yarns type DS 65/50 (for producing cotton warps for the loop)
year 1987, working width 65" (162) cm, max.beam diameter 1250 cm, oiling device, 2 KARL MAYER creels type GM420 7 460/320, each with 476 spindles (total 952 live ends), vertical pitch 320 mm

This installation is suitable for light weight (up to 400 gr/m2), but voluminous and dense terry towels (e.g. bath robes) with 10% polyamide for the ground / 90% cotton for the loops. Production is about 30-40 m/hour / each machine.
