Feminine hygiene complete production line consisting of:
Pulp roll stand and hammer mill, forming unit and filtering system, pulp cutting section and core cutting unit, final product cutting section with 6 set of core and final cutting knives + silicone paper applicator, folding and individual wrap welding system - threefold easy wrap, vertical stacker with two exits and semi-automatic packing unit.
This line can make 2 types of products
A) 3-folded individually wrapped thin straight pantylines made of cellulose or airlaid
5 sets of core and final cut knives for this product
1 set of Sandvik knives
B) Anatomically shaped sanitary napkin with channels
1 set of core and final cutting knives.
Speed: 300 pcs/min for the 3-folded individually wrapped pantyliners and 350 pcs/min for the anatomically shaped sanitary napkin.
