complete winding, slitting and re-winding unit consisting of;
- AC3 3200 main pope winder for winding of tambour rolls. Roll dia 800 - 3200 mm for automatic roll-change, but can go down to minimum 350 mm at manual roll-change, typical running product is SMMS non-woven in 10-100 gsm with a speed of 600 m/min.
- AC811 RA slitter/re-winder. Ingoing parent reel dia 3200 mm and outgoing finished reel dia 500 - 1300 mm. Carton core dia 76.2 mm and 152.4 mm. Web-tension 50 N/m - max tension 300 N/m, mechanical speed 1500 m/min. With 33 knives and minimum slitting distance 60 mm. The unit is featured with air pressure tension, hydraulic driven displacement system for exact accuracy of edges regulated by induction sensors, separate Plc for operating slitting knives, cutting electrical thread device and PLC from Siemens S7. Total effect 175 kW. All in very good condition.
